PS2 V-Fix (NTSC >> PAL) Free Download

Caution: The firmware for this product is still in beta status. We are working continuously on bug fixes and make them available as free downloads. We have published all known bugs in our Wiki. Further, we have summarized the differences between the two hardware versions in a Wiki article.

PS2 V-Fix (NTSC >> PAL) builds on the well known V-Fix board design from www.biz-fix.de which was released in order to be able to fix several problems that occurred with the media version. The board was designed by David (Biz-Fix) and has the simplicity that you love and expect from the product. It uses two PS2 5050 boards, a high speed DIP switch for the PAL or NTSC and a backup battery supply at all times. The PCB (Printed Circuit Board), however, remains the same in the NTSC and PAL versions, which is the reason why it is unchangeable.

The new firmware supports PAL version with the same simpleness as the original version. The board should be used with the same firmware and the mac address should be used (which is the same as the original board).
